Nous avons rencontré l'agence Exotic India Tourism un peu par hasard à Delhi et voulions partir le jour même pour Varanasi, tout a été organisé très rapidement avec hôtels et réservations de trains ou chauffeur selon les étapes; nous avons ainsi visité Varanasi, Agra, Jaipur et Pushkar en deux semaines, et avons été très satisfaits de notre chauffeur, ponctuel, avec une voiture toujours propre, habile dans la circulation et très attentionné (eau fraîche, glace, fruits), trouvant aussi de petits restaurants typiques, sympathique et blagueur, un vrai plus pour notre séjour; les hôtels choisis variaient en qualité mais restaient corrects, parfois typiques, parfois plus impersonnels, avec un seul point négatif sur le dernier hôtel, sale et mal situé, mais le gérant a été très réactif en nous relogeant rapidement; des guides nous ont accompagnés pour certains monuments à Varanasi et Agra, agréables bien que parfois accompagnés de détours vers des boutiques discutables; en conclusion, Exotic India Tourism nous a permis de planifier notre séjour sereinement, le gérant restant en contact tout au long du voyage pour s'assurer que tout se passait bien, bref une agence que nous recommandons.

נחתתי בדהלי לחופש של שלושה שבועות בהתלבטות קשה אם לעלות למנאלי או לרדת לדרום הודו- לטאמיל נאדו; הגעתי לסוכנות ופגשתי את ג'הנגיר ובאשר בקטו, ובהתחלה היססתי לפתח איתם שיחה על התכניות שלי כי כמו כולם גם אני יודעת שצריך להזהר בדלהי, אבל לשמחתי הגדולה הם התגלו כמאוד נדיבים ואיכפתיים שבאמת חשוב להם שאני אקבל בהודו את החוויה שאני מחפשת; אחרי שיחה החלטתי לרדת דרומה ואז הם הציעו לי כל מיני דרכים לטייל עם יותר או פחות הזמנות מראש; לי באופן אישי מתאים לא להחליט הכל מראש אז הזמנתי דרכם בסופו של דבר טיסות פנימיות ושני לילות במלון בתקציב שלי בצ'נאי; בקיצור ולסיום מומלץ מאוד להיעזר בהם בדלהי, הם מקצועיים, מאוד נעימים, מקשיבים לכם ובאמת איכפת להם.

Jahangir Wani looked after our every need, and my family experienced a side of India that showed my cousins how people go about their everyday life; some of the places we visited were fantastic and off the beaten track, and the people we met were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience enjoyable for everyone, especially the children; in short, whether you want to know where to go, how to get there, the best places to stay or what to avoid, this information center is a treasure trove for planning the trip of a lifetime.

Exotic India Tourism is not just another agency, they are like friends with whom you share strong and special experiences from India; we visited the northern parts, and in Kashmir we were even treated like family, with local guides in every city helping us understand the country better; the trip was well organized throughout, even though Indian Railways added some challenges, and I will never forget the nights spent at railway stations, which felt like experiencing the real India; big thanks to Jana and Jahangir—I’ll definitely come back one day.

It was good to find those guys in this “jungle”! India is a hard place to visit without any help, especially when you're travelling alone; while you may come across people who try to cheat you, here you’ll find honest operators and friendly people available anytime—if you come, have a nice chai!
